The Infusion Access Foundation invites you to party with a purpose at TOAST: Together for Treatment on Thursday, June 19, 2025 — the ultimate night-before celebration that brings the infusion community together for an unforgettable evening in support of real change for patients nationwide.
Set against a modern twist on vintage Cuban glam, this year’s Havana Nights theme promises incredible entertainment, delicious food and drinks, meaningful networking with top industry leaders, and powerful stories from patients about the impact of advocacy and access.
Proceeds support programs like Champions’ Weekend, a unique retreat where patients are trained to become advocates in their communities. Past events have sold out, so secure your spot early and join us for a spirited night of connection and purpose.

Attending NICA 2025? Add TOAST to your cart during conference registration. There are two ways to secure your spot at TOAST:
Option 1: Through your NICA Conference registration (Cvent)
Use the Cvent registration portal to add tickets or a table to your existing registration. Here’s how:
- Find your registration confirmation email (try searching for "Cvent" in your email)
- Go to the NICA conference page and click where it says “Already Registered?”
- Input your confirmation number
- Click "Modify Registration"
- It will take you to a page labeled "Additional Information"- scroll to the bottom and click next
- Next page is "Registration items"- click next
- Next page is "Session Selections" - click any that you would like to attend and then scroll to the bottom and click "next".
- Next page is "Additional Opportunities" - the second option is tickets for Toast and the third option is a table for Toast. Click the down arrow and select the number you'd like and then click the "Select" box to the right.
- Next page is the "Registration Summary"- check that and then scroll down to the bottom and click Next
- Next page is the "Order Summary" where you'll put in your payment details for the tickets. Then click submit!
Option 2: Prefer to be invoiced?
