Meet Maggie – Project and Fundraising Manager
As Project and Fundraising Manager at the Infusion Access Foundation, I bring over five years of nonprofit experience in fundraising, communications, project management, and event planning. Every day, I am motivated by a deep commitment to making a positive impact.

My Background

Growing up in a family of doctors, I was surrounded by fascinating medical stories. Our dinner table conversations often revolved around thrilling topics like gallbladder surgeries and mysterious skin rashes—often a bit TMI! But from a very young age, what truly captivated me were the stories about the intricacies of patient care and the incredible resilience of patients and providers. Despite these captivating stories, I knew early on that I never wanted to be a doctor—blood makes me woozy! However, I was always deeply intrigued by healthcare’s interpersonal side and the connections between patients and providers. These stories sparked my passion for advocacy, instilling in me a deep-seated belief that everyone deserves a voice in their healthcare journey.
Chronic illnesses affect us all. If you don’t have one, you undoubtedly know someone who does. This universal connection underscores the importance of caring about chronic illness and patient advocacy. It’s not just about managing symptoms; it’s about addressing the holistic impact on a person’s life, from physical health to emotional and social well-being.
In my current role, I strive to empower the patient’s voice, ensuring their experiences and needs are heard and acted upon. I firmly believe that access to healthcare should be a human right. It’s astonishing and unacceptable that in today’s world, many still struggle to receive the care they need.

My Mission

At the Infusion Access Foundation, I will leverage my expertise to drive impactful projects and secure vital funding, furthering our mission to support and amplify patients’ voices everywhere. Every story shared, every project funded, and every voice amplified brings us closer to a world where healthcare access is equitable and comprehensive for all.
I am so honored to join an organization at the forefront of that fight.
