Get Empowered
Hill Day
Hill Day is an immersive, two-day advocacy experience designed to support patients every step of the way — no prior policy experience required.
In the past, advocates have shared their stories around issues such as:
- Step therapy
- Copay accumulator and maximizer policies (“all copays count”)
- Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM)
- Prior authorization and access barriers
While specific policy priorities may evolve, the focus is always the same:
improving the lives of people with chronic illnesses by advancing patient-centered health care policies.

Put Your Voice Into Action
Hill Day amplifies patient voices
Each year, the Infusion Access Foundation brings patients and caregivers to Washington, D.C. to share their lived experiences directly with policymakers and staff. Together, we amplify patient voices and advocate for policies that put patients first.
For many advocates, Hill Day is the natural next step after attending Champions Weekend, where participants build advocacy skills and learn how to tell their stories with confidence. At Hill Day, those skills are put into practice.
